Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products like earrings and swimwear cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the products are in their original, sellable condition.
Ship the Parcel
Download your prepaid shipping label or QR code from the portal and drop off your package at any authorized courier collection point.
